kinda because the file holds a lot of source samples, bindings and how-to's. It might be better described by an acronym for Stuff Another Dude Thinks You Might Wanna Know About OpenCOBOL or SAD TYMWKAO. You have to watch out for the time whackos; sad ones are just worse.
